'Vetconcerns' is the official journal of the 'Centre for Livestock Wealth Studies' (CLWS).  This organization based in India and founded by a few veterinarians and farming enthusiasts in 1999, is engaged in the studies on the contributions of the livestock and poultry sectors to the economy of the states and their impacts on lives and livelihoods of people worldwide.

Advances in farming practices, emerging and zoonotic diseases, veterinary education and research are in the list of topics of interest to the organization. Researchers, veterinarians, educationists, farmers, journalists, industry, non-governmental organizations and policy makers involve in the activities of the 'Centre for Livestock wealth Studies'.
